New Customers not showing up
uCollect caches the contact list from your accounting system when you log in. If you add a new customer in the accounting system and then look for it in uCollect right away it may not show up. To address this go to Actions, Reload Data. This will get the most recent list of contacts from your accounting system. Now the new contact should be visible.
Special note for Xero users
Xero does not define a contact as a customer until an invoice has been issued to it. In uCollect we only display customers in the initial Search Contacts screen. But if you search for your contact we will show results from all contacts, even if they haven't had an invoice issued to them yet.
