EziDebit Soap Error

EziDebit sometimes returns an error on a batch "The error was SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://api.ezidebit.com.au/v3-5/nonpci?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://api.ezidebit.com.au/v3-5/nonpci?wsdl""

This means that EziDebit did not receive the transaction.  uCollect has recorded it as an error and we have not sent that payment to your accounting system.

You can run Process Now to try these again, or wait until your next automatic collection cycle where they will be automatically retried.

If any transaction has been processed twice please contact support.
