Recovering lost password

It happens to all of us - forgetting a password, that is!  It's quick and easy to recover a lost password with uCollect. Here's how:

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click "Lost password"
   
3. Enter your email address that you usually use to login and the captcha code and click "Submit Request."
   
4. If you have entered a valid user email address, an email will have been immediately sent to that address with a link.  Check your inbox and click on the link.
5. Enter a new password.

NOTE: If the email hasn't arrived within a minute (it is sent instantly) please check your spam folder.  If you don't see it please send an email to support@ucollect.biz from the SAME email address you registered with and we can send you a temporary password.  We do need you to send the email - we can't give out temporary passwords over chat.
