Card Code Required

If your Authorize.net collection returns the "Card Code Required" error you need to switch of the Required field for "Card Code" in your Account Settings.

We always treat the CVV as a required field, but this option makes Authorize.net do strange things with card tokens and will fail a valid token unless we store the CVV code in our database which we won't do for PCI compliance reasons.
